LOCATION: The villa is located in the El Tosalet district, one of Javea's most beautiful residential areas, just a few minutes' drive from beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and fun activities for the whole family. THE POOL: Through the covered naya, you can walk straight into the lovely private 10m x 5m pool. It has a depth varying from 1.25m to 1.65m, ideal for a game of volleyball, for example. The spacious, pleasant south-facing garden, with various seating and dining areas, overlooks the valley. In addition to privacy, it also offers beautiful views. A wonderful place to enjoy your holiday! THE BEDROOMS: Each bedroom is fully equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. You'll enjoy this sleep on luxurious double hotel beds, the kind you only find in the best hotels. THE KITCHEN: Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. All appliances are top-brand. Cooking is done on induction hobs, and of course, a dishwasher is included. The enormous American-style fridge keeps all your drinks and food cool, and you can quickly make ice cubes. On the covered terrace, directly adjacent to the house (the Naya), you'll find a spacious dining table with comfortable chairs. Comfortable loungers are arranged around the pool. You can also relax on the spacious, covered lounge sofa. For a more active relaxation, challenge each other to a game of table tennis. Finally, on the enormous 170 m2 terrace you will also find a nice large Grandhall gas barbecue.
