You can always contact us in advance to see if you can check in earlier or check out a little later.

Unfortunately, the pool is not heated. It is suitable for swimming from early spring to late autumn. The temperature in summer is 28 degrees.

The pool doesn't have a fence to keep small children away. As a parent, you are always responsible for the safety of your children.

Pets are not allowed.

On the premises you can park several cars inside the gate.

The nearest supermarket is Supermercado Saladar, a small supermarket with many Dutch products. This supermarket is open 7 days a week. A little further away, you'll also find larger supermarkets such as Aldi, Consum, and Masymas.

All bedrooms have air conditioning. Fans are also installed in all rooms and the Naya, which can be operated with a remote control.

Each platform uses different methods to determine prices. In addition, other platforms also charge service fees. As a result, the prices on our own website are (generally) slightly cheaper, but prices may vary.

You can fly to either Valencia or Alicante. Both airports are just over an hour's drive away. From Alicante, you can also take the Beniconnect bus to Jávea.

The villa has electric heating. The casita does not. You can also heat the rooms with air conditioning. The main house has a cozy fireplace.

The sandy beach of Javea (El Arenal) is approximately 5 minutes by car from the villa.
